Description

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with transactions.
  • Process cash, credit, and check payments accurately.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report discrepancies.
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Process transactions, handle payments, and assist customers with inquiries.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer support and billing procedures.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
