Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Document interactions and update customer records.
  • Manage follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: At least 2 years in college or equivalent is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language, strong customer service orientation, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with a standard schedule, potentially requiring shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
