We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. You’ll play a key role in building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
• Follow up on warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Handle objections professionally and persuasively.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Average communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
• Preferably with sales or upselling experience
