We’re Hiring: MEDIA BUYER & MARKET DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - WORK FROM HOME

1.) MEDIA BUYER

Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)

Schedule: Night Shift | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Manages programmatic campaigns across DSPs (Trade Desk, Google DV360, PulsePoint), performs campaign optimization, reporting, and client communication, and mentors junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field

• Proven experience generating leads for a BPO company

• 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation

• Experience using sales engagement tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Experience working with DSP platforms such as Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360, and PulsePoint

• Interest in developing expertise across various verticals (pharma, eCommerce, retail, B2B)

2.) MARKET DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)

Schedule: Night Shift | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Generates and qualifies new sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline, executes outbound campaigns through personalized outreach strategies, researches target markets, and manages campaign activities in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience generating leads for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Background in sales training, pre-call planning, or consultative selling
