Description

  • Follow food safety standards and hotel/restaurant HACCP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with chefs on specific cuts and quantities needed for daily operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or spoilage.
  • Operate butchering equipment safely (e.g., bandsaw, slicer, knives).

Requirements

  • Must be willing to WORK ABROAD!
  • with Valid Passport at least two (2) years validity.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience as a butcher in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or banquet kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and safe food preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and sanitation standards.
