Description
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to specifications.
- Ensure proper sanitation and safety standards are followed.
- Stock and display products attractively for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and meat preparation advice.
- Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in meat preparation
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in meat cutting techniques, knowledge of food safety, and sanitation standards
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, and handling sharp tools
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and good customer service skills
