Keystone Lamps and Shades Inc. is a lighting company based in Manila that specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality, innovative lighting products for residential and commercial applications.

We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to be part of our growing team, who will help drive business revenue by focusing on client outreach, product presentation, client retention, and administrative support. Our Business Development Coordinator will develop and maintain strong relationship with clients to enhance customer loyalty, and prepare sales proposals and product presentations to potential clients. This role aims to support sales of our four store branches: Alabang, Makati, Ortigas, and Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in building customer relationships, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities.
• Welcomes customers; responds to their queries; explains products and services the store provides;
• Manages online inquiries regarding Keystone products.
• Willing to do field work for product presentations to clients.
• Contacts prospective clients.

• With 1-3 years of Business Development experience or minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver effective presentation and engage with clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Adaptive, Strategic, Business research-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Promotes the company's existing products and introduces new products to the market.
• Other duties may assign from time to time.
• Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
