Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining channels such as KOLs, social media, communities, and media, to establish long-term partnerships;

2. Plan and implement growth strategies for CEX based on platform goals, including Affiliate, Referral, Market Maker, trading competitions, and airdrop activities to drive new user registrations and retention;

3. Collaborate with project teams, KOLs, media, and community partners to conduct AMAs, Spaces, and online/offline campaigns to enhance brand exposure and transaction volume;

4. Monitor trends in the cryptocurrency industry and competitors, leveraging the characteristics of different regional markets to identify new growth opportunities;

5. Track event data (registration numbers, activity levels, retention rates, transaction volumes, etc.), conduct performance reviews and optimizations to continuously improve ROI;

6. Establish and maintain a network of relationships with project teams, funds, investors, and media to enhance the platform's influence and collaborative opportunities within the industry.

Requirements

1. Proficient in English as a working language, with strong cross-cultural communication and business negotiation skills;

2. Possess accumulated resources in the cryptocurrency industry (KOLs, media, project teams, communities, etc.) and have a track record of successful collaborations;

3. Over 2 years of experience in business development/growth/marketing within the cryptocurrency industry, familiar with CEX growth models and user conversion logic;

4. Strong user growth and data analysis capabilities, able to independently drive growth projects and be accountable for results;

5. Experience in building Affiliate/Referral systems, or having local resources in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or Latin America is preferred.
