Description

The Business Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) by overseeing project management activities, ensuring timely communication and execution of management directives, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, executive support, or business operations, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems.
