About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and align with corporate objectives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, content, and customer service to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all platforms. This position also serves as a key liaison between the marketing department and senior leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on market trends and consumer analytics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing plans that align with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Manage corporate communications and oversee brand presence across digital and traditional media.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimization.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Higher education, professional certificates, or other demonstrated interest in continuous learning.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking. Strong creative and analytical abilities, ensuring marketing initiatives are both innovative and results-driven.
  • Experience in negotiations, pitching ideas, and managing external brand partnerships. Proven ability to manage challenging stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Work Arrangement

  • Work from home with occasional visits to the office.
  • Work Schedule: 8AM UK time or 4PM to 1AM, weekends off
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is near Opus Mall, across IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Area is accessible from Eastwood, Ortigas CBD, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
