Daily Research Responsibilities:

• Demonstration of BIM content to customers
• Classification of products to Uniclass, CAWS, masterformat and other classification systems.
• Authoring of complex parametric BIM objects in Revit.
• Authoring of IFC content.
• Authoring of ArchiCAD BIM Objects
• Understand and share knowledge on BIM standards
• Defining IFC Building Smart schema.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in a construction-related discipline.
• Ideally with 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• This is a full-time role, and successful candidates will work in a hybrid setup.
• Must be able to start working and undergoing training right away.
• Must be willing to work a day shift (10 AM – 7 PM, Manila Time).
• Prior experience working with the UK market is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and BIM.
• Professional communication (written & verbal)
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCad or other BIM software’s.
• Meticulous & strong attention to detail.
• Ability to create complex parametric Digital Objects.
• Knowledge of a BIM delivery process and information management process.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
