Responsibilities

Responsible for the design, development, and iteration of core modules of the exchange risk control system, including the Disposition Center, risk control management backend, real-time metrics aggregation engine, and rule engine, ensuring high availability and high performance.

Participate in building and implementing the risk control system architecture from scratch, design technical solutions tailored to exchange risk control requirements based on business scenarios, and resolve technical challenges during system development.

Build a real-time feature aggregation and metric calculation framework based on Flink, optimize real-time computation latency to ensure the timeliness of risk control decisions; also develop and tune the offline risk control engine to support offline scenarios such as strategy iteration and data backtesting.

Deeply understand caching (Redis), distributed architectures, microservices, and Elasticsearch (ES); lead system performance optimizations, such as reducing Redis load through multi-level caching and enhancing system concurrency.

Collaborate closely with risk control product and business teams to understand exchange risk control logic, translate business requirements into technical implementation plans, and ensure efficient rollout and iteration of risk control rules.

Handle daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response for the risk control system; establish monitoring and alert mechanisms to ensure system stability and security.

Qualifications

More than 5 years of Java backend development experience, including at least 2 years in exchange platform development, with solid Java fundamentals and programming skills.

Experience in developing exchange risk control systems and familiarity with risk control logic in cryptocurrency/financial trading scenarios; candidates with end-to-end risk control system build experience are preferred.

Thorough understanding of Flink core principles and applications, with hands-on experience in real-time data processing and feature aggregation projects; able to independently design real-time computing solutions.

In-depth knowledge of Disposition Center, risk control management backend, real-time metrics aggregation, and rule engine modules, with relevant development and optimization experience.

Proficient in caching technologies such as Redis and Memcached, familiar with distributed system design principles and microservices architecture patterns, and skilled in using ES for large-scale data retrieval and analysis.

Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, able to quickly identify and address system performance bottlenecks and production issues; excellent communication, collaboration, and stress-management abilities.

Experience in financial risk control or trading system projects is a plus; familiarity with blockchain/cryptocurrency industry risk control rules is preferred.
