- Inbound and outbound CSR
- US account > handles US customers
- Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the correct car parts
- Provide accurate price quotations, availability, and delivery lead times
- Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges using inventory software or ERP systems
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely parts delivery
- Verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality
- Organize and label inventory in storage areas for easy accessibility
- Prepare parts for job orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support service advisors and mechanics with parts needs during repairs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding parts and availability
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parts storage area
- At least 1 year experience in BPO industry with the same LOB
- can speak English with American accent
- High school graduate or vocational course holder; a degree in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus
- At least 1years of experience in automotive parts handling, inventory, or customer service
- Familiar with automotive parts catalogues and vehicle component identification
- Basic knowledge of vehicle models, systems, and components
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
