We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator/Sales Manager to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience working with Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, product listing optimization (including images), and sales strategy development. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, analyzing performance, and strengthening our brand presence across marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase revenue.
  • Manage and optimize PPC and paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct and oversee product listing optimization, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and image optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-converting visuals and creatives.
  • Analyze sales data, A/B testing results, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing sales performance, advertising results, and key insights.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or management, preferably in Amazon e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, listing optimization, and paid media strategies, with a record of improving ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Skilled in data analysis, with the ability to interpret A/B testing and performance metrics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive, engaging content.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset; proficient in using tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and sales funnel optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
