• We're on the hunt for an AI-savvy problem-solver to help us roll out intelligent automation across our entire business. From customer support to operations, development, QA, and marketing—we're integrating AI tools to improve how we work, and we need someone who can lead the charge.
• This is a remote role ideal for someone in the Philippines with a mix of strategy, technical know-how, and a love for improving business processes. If you’ve helped roll out AI solutions before or are confident you can, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify where AI and automation can drive real value across teams (Dev, QA, Support, Ops, etc.)
• Plan and map out AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier/Make, HubSpot, Jira, AWS, and Google Workspace
• Work with the Managing Director and team leads to document needs and deliver improvements
• Collaborate with our developers and QA to streamline internal processes
• Set up, test, and refine automations and AI integrations
• Train and guide staff on using AI tools confidently
• Monitor usage and help define success metrics (KPIs)

• This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, but we’re looking for someone who can commit full-time and grow with us.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
• Familiar with OpenAI, Google AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms
• Ability to map out processes and recommend automation opportunities
• Excellent English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage projects
• Bonus: Technical background (basic Python, API integrations, etc.)
