Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Present products and negotiate contracts to maximize sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management, Communication, CRM, Salesforce; strong in Outside Sales and Sales Support.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outside sales; travel may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presentation ability, self-motivated, and results-driven.
