Office Location : Putatan, Muntinlupa City

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Acts as Coordinator for all assigned personnel and coordinates with HR all payroll and compensation related issues and concerns in HR+ Online.

2. Monitors personnel leaves and overtime

3. Maintains database of all incoming / outgoing documents, letters, memoranda and other similar documents through encoding and recording.

4. Disseminates information through verbal instructions, phone call and furnishes copies to update units, departments, divisions and other offices concerned.

5. Follow-up and relays feedback of letters/ claims, memoranda and other related documents.

6. Schedules and follow-up appointments, meetings, trainings and conferences of all personnel.

7. Analyzes, controls, monitors and replenishes cash advances and/ or revolving cash through SAP-EAM.

8. Controls, monitors and replenishes stock of office supplies for the department through appropriate requisitions and issuances.

9. Ensures timely submission and recording of complete documents to the Head Office.

10. Monitors validity of permits & licenses; applies for necessary permits & licenses; ensures their timely renewals.

11. Oversees the schedule on utilization and reservation of the WP facilities on different event s, functions, activities / plant tours

12. Receives, evaluates and responds to the requests for plant visits by visitors from schools and other agencies

13. Oversee venue preparation and ensure food provision and control during WP sponsored events, functions and activities

14. Implements Integrated Management System’s programs, activities, procedures and policies.

15. Does other related tasks as may be assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Graduate of any four year course

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferably with one to three years of related work experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Knowledgeable with Power BI

Basic reading, writing, and analytical skills required.

Computer literate

Good oral/written communication and reporting skills

Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet targets and tight deadlines

Customer service oriented

Diligent, dedicated to work, persistent and physically fit
