Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s accounts payable processes, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.

General Responsibilities:

• Daily processing / encoding of invoices to Business central
• Coordinates various departments and maintain the record of Accounts payable
• Monitor invoices and accounting issues and escalate if needed
• Administer all expenses, monitor reimbursement and ensure that the set accounting policies are applied and followed
• Setting up vendor ledger and ensuring that all requirements are being met and observed
• Respond to all Internal inquiries related to vendor statement reconciliations
• Ensuring proper and consistent adherence to company’s policies and procedures related to Accounts payable.
• Assist in Month End Closing by providing analysed and correct Accrued Expense Entry
• Payment processing

Position Requirements:

• At least Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
• 3 years experience in Accounting
• Xero Accounting software (good to have)
• With Business One experience is preferred but not required
• With AU Accounting experience
• Comms skills
• Team player
• With advance Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Additional Notes:

• Shift Timings 8:30am – 5:30pm AUT
• Weekends Off
• Start date: end of January
• Work on-site
