  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in expense management and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare and issue cheques and other payment methods as required.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SAP and accounting software, strong knowledge of disbursement and expense management processes.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in account reconciliation and statement preparation.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for occasional overtime during peak periods.
