Description
- Process employee payroll and maintain timekeeping records
- Prepare client billing and invoices
- Generate reports using Excel and PivotTables
- Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables; strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
