- Maintain and organize financial records, including invoices, receipts, and collection documents.
- Prepare and process checks for payments to suppliers and other transactions.
- Validate sales invoices, official receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
- Handle billing preparation and monitor collections.
- Act as a liaison for bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Assist in reconciling financial records and ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide general administrative support related to accounting and finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field (preferred but not required).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential financial information.
- Willing to do fieldwork for bank transactions when necessary.
