Description
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage client portfolios and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Analyze client needs and propose innovative strategies.
- Monitor account performance and deliver metrics.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback sessions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, sales support, and communication skills; proficient in Salesforce; creative problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, excellent interpersonal skills, and commitment to service delivery.
