Description
- Assist in daily operational tasks and coordinate activities to ensure efficiency.
- Support inventory management and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to streamline operations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Over 1 year of relevant experience in operations or administrative support.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, team player, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
