簡介

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately identify customer needs, quickly and effectively coordinate internal resources to meet customer demands.

2. Assist sales colleagues in increasing the market share of existing customer business and expanding new business opportunities.

3. Drive the operations delivery team to provide and optimize solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, and continuously improving customer acceptance rates and satisfaction.

4. Follow up and handle all relevant matters during the customer cooperation process, addressing any unexpected situations promptly and appropriately.

5. Utilize business knowledge and related expertise to provide timely solutions and optimization suggestions for customer challenges and pain points.

6. Timely and effectively follow up on customer payments, fee collections, etc., ensuring accuracy in order volume forecasting and the smooth progression of business operations.

職位要求

1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a regular university, majoring in Spanish, with experience in cross-border e-commerce or logistics preferred;

2. Spanish Level 4 or DELE/SIELE-B2 or above, with Spanish as the working language, and proficiency in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; willing to accept overseas business trips or long-term assignments abroad;

3. Proficient in using Excel, Word, and other office software;

4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, customer service awareness, and a spirit of teamwork;

5. Clear logical thinking, meticulousness, patience, strong sense of responsibility, with a customer-centric approach to promptly meet customer needs;

6. Strong execution ability, self-management skills, and resilience under pressure.
