簡介
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required)
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience (1–2 years preferred for mid-level roles)
- Experience using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is a plus
- Basic computer skills (for inventory systems)
職位要求
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (often 50 lbs or more)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocol
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold warehouses)
- Manual dexterity and coordination
