Job Overview

As a Total Rewards Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of the organization's total rewards programs. This includes equity, compensation, benefits, recognition, and other reward initiatives.The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with a commitment to ensuring that our total rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with organizational objectives.

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports required for compliance purposes.Conduct thorough market research and benchmarking analysis to evaluate and compare our total rewards packages against industry standards and competitor offerings. This will ensure that our compensation and benefits remain competitive and attractive to both current and prospective employees.
  • Collaborate closely with the COE Global Total Rewards team to align and integrate total rewards strategies, programs, and policies across different regions and business units. This will ensure consistency and effectiveness in our global total rewards delivery. Actively participate in the implementation and administration of various total rewards programs, including but not limited to base pay, bonuses, incentives, recognition awards, and benefits plans. This will involve coordinating with relevant stakeholders, communicating with employees, and tracking program outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of comprehensive communication materials, such as brochures, presentations, and intranet content, to educate employees about their total rewards entitlements, options, and value proposition. This will promote employee awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the company's total rewards offerings.
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging laws, regulations, and industry trends related to compensation, benefits, and employment practices. This will ensure that our total rewards programs remain compliant and aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate documentation and reports related to total rewards, including compensation data, benefit plan information, and compliance records. This will support internal audits, external reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, or any related course.
  • At least two years of experience in rewards, strategies and programs.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in shared services environment is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies/location and business area
  • Has excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft office systems and tools (ie. excel, word) and other related HRIS/ERP System
  • Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and stakeholders.
  • Ability to resolve conflict with integrity and demonstrate high degree of confidentiality and within the scope.
  • Structured, accurate, systematic, attentive to details and committed to delivering within deadlines.
  • Analytical and able to translate and communicate statistical data into action.
  • Proficient project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Able to work PH Holiday when necessary
