  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, documenting solutions for future reference.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Educational Qualifications: Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong CSR background; rider support experience; excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require shift work and remote support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Problem solver, empathetic listener, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
