Social Media – Domestic Remote – Hiring 5 Positions
9-hour workday, one day off per week
Salary: 35,000–40,000 RMB
Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning and Account Management: Plan and manage sports accounts on platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, Weibo, WeChat Official Accounts, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu. Develop trending content around major events (e.g., NBA, Premier League, La Liga), including countdowns, player highlights, match previews, and game commentaries to boost engagement and user retention.
2. Operational Cadence and Daily Management: Create a content calendar based on sports event schedules, organize daily publishing plans, and participate in pre-, during-, and post-event content production and trending topic operations to enhance user interaction and brand exposure.
3. Trend Monitoring and Creative Output: Stay current on sports news and player developments, produce rapid-response content, write highly shareable copy and scripts, and deliver creative assets optimized for platform algorithms to improve video completion rates and engagement metrics.
4. Community Operations and User Engagement: Build and maintain communities (WeChat groups, QQ groups, fan clubs, etc.), organize interactive activities such as prediction contests and giveaways, and drive user participation, retention, and private traffic growth.
5. Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization: Regularly review performance data across platforms, analyze content metrics (views, likes, shares, comments, follower growth, etc.), optimize content strategies, and enhance overall exposure and conversion efficiency.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with design, advertising, product, technical, and live-streaming teams to align content release with event schedules, ensuring synchronized exposure across public and private channels to maximize user acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years of social media operations experience with proven success on platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, Weibo, or WeChat Official Accounts. Experience in sports content accounts or live-streaming operations is a plus.
2. Strong Content Sensitivity: Passionate about sports with keen insights into mainstream events like basketball and football. Understands fan preferences and excels at creating highly engaging, high-conversion content.
3. Platform Understanding and Creativity: Familiar with recommendation algorithms on major content platforms. Skilled in short-video scriptwriting, content structure design, and trend marketing, with established methodologies in content creation.
4. User Operation Skills: Experienced in community building, user interaction, and private traffic management. Capable of planning and executing diverse user engagement activities.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficient with data tools (e.g., Douyin Analytics, Juyuan Metrics, Weibo Data Assistant) and adept at evaluating content performance and refining operational strategies.
6. High Responsibility and Stress Resilience: Able to adapt to the fast-paced sports industry (including schedule changes and evening/weekend events), result-oriented with strong execution, and capable of achieving operational targets under pressure.
