簡介
- Work with and support the category manager for Australia and New Zealand across all local and regional indirect procurement categories
- Ensure that all tasks are done in a timely manner, following the indirect procurement processes and policy
- Manage contract reviews, incl. reviewing commercial terms, liaising with the legal team on behalf of the procurement team, obtaining formal approval from budget owners, and facilitating contract signatures (internally and externally with the suppliers).
- Ensure NDAs are signed before initiating sourcing projects or conversations with a supplier
- Run low(er) value projects independently
- Support the procurement team with high(er) value projects, e.g., prepare RFX documents, analyse and summarize offers, prepare decision-making documents, facilitate collaboration of external and internal legal teams
- Support the Procurement Team to ensure that exceptions have been reviewed, approved, and signed off by the legal team and/or department heads.
- Engage with our suppliers in the case that invoices need correction
