- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.

- Graduate of Office Administration or College Graduate; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with customer-facing roles
- Patience, a ‘can-do’ attitude and time-management skills
