  • Conduct monitoring to technicians
  • Check email
  • Assist tenant / service call endorsed to technicians
  • Inform technicians about mall concerns
  • Process daily time record
  • Checking of billing
  • Check personnel’s attendance
  • Do clerical works and other related works asked by the superior
  • Schedule events and activities in engineering department
  • Does timekeeping of Engineering Maintenance

職位要求

  • College graduate of any 2yrs or 4yrs course
  • With experience in clerical works is a must
  • Computer literate
  • Accurate in details
  • Flexible in location
  • With certificate of employment
  • Flexible and can work on a fast-paced environment
  • Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
  • Experience of working within the malls preferred but not essential
  • Punctuality and reliability are very important
