• Must able to know Social Media Marketing
• Formulate Recruitment plans and strategies for Clients’ hiring needs - Ability to identify sources of candidates for every hiring needs
• Aside from Familiarity to Job Portals, must be able to conceptualize socials media ads concept and organize a social media campaign to generate leads and applications
• Well versed in work mapping, team structuring to achieve well-defined job assignments to team members
• Training team in latest recruitment techniques and pitching

-         Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing related course preferred

-         With 3 years of experience in Recruitment related jobs, Preferably as a head-hunter or in any reputable DMW licensed agency

• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership development, effective collaboration with hiring managers, and expertise in recruiting strategies.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and develop talent acquisition strategies.
