Assist in sourcing and selecting reliable suppliers for electronic components and related materials.
Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and requirements.
Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve any supply issues.
Maintain and update purchasing records, pricing, and supplier data.
Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to understand and meet material requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and support reordering processes as needed.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications for all purchased items.
Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
Support the purchasing team in administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the electronics industry.
Familiarity with electronic components, materials, and basic technical specifications.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
