Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of programs or projects to meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring deliverables, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead project planning and execution - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery - Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Financial Management - Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting - Experience in budgeting and forecasting - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance - Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Management - This position is based at our Manila office Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
