Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and design of promotional and user-growth features for a cryptocurrency exchange, including but not limited to trading competitions, referral commissions, check-in rewards, airdrop incentives, and task centers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the exchange’s business model and user lifecycle, and formulate product strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement to drive platform growth.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and user research, and continuously optimize conversion funnels and user experience.
- Design event mechanics and incentive structures, leveraging market trends (price fluctuations, trending tokens, industry events) to boost user participation and trading activity.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams—including design, development, QA, operations, and risk management—to efficiently deliver new features.
- Track the performance of campaigns and growth initiatives, conduct data reviews, and iterate on optimizations to establish scalable growth models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of product management experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry; experience in event operations, growth products, or trading platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchange workflows and ecosystem, with a solid understanding of spot trading, derivatives, staking, and wealth-management products.
- Strong data-analysis skills; proficiency with the AARRR model and growth-hacking methodologies, and the ability to drive product decisions with data.
- Keen insight into user behavior and psychology, with proven creative planning and event-design capabilities.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project-management skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred; experience driving growth in overseas markets is a plus.
