Lead and supervise a team of raw syrup processing operators.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet production goals and quality standards.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline overall production workflows.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any product quality issues.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resources.
Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure raw syrup production aligns with overall production goals.
Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of raw syrup processing equipment.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform routine equipment inspections and repairs.
Enforce and promote safety protocols and procedures in the raw syrup processing unit.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
Generate regular reports on production metrics, efficiency, and quality.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a distillery or sugar manufacturing company, with specific experience of 2-3 years, in syrup production preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of raw syrup processing procedures, equipment, and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
