簡介

  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies
  • Manage statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR for employee compensation updates
  • Support audits and compliance checks

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of payroll experience in a BPO or corporate setting
  • Proficient in payroll software and Excel
  • High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential data
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas
