I. JOB SUMMARY
The position holder is responsible for overseeing healthcare employees training and development activities by performing various tasks including but not limited to identifying training needs for the business unit, supervising trainers' work, developing effective employee training programs/workflows and/or tools, and facilitation of training.
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
2. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in AR management, including collections, follow- up, denial resolution, and payer communication.
3. Oversee the end-to-end transaction monitoring of the training specialists to ensure output submitted meets customer quality and process requirements.
4. Provides oversight on training and development activities including identification of the needs of the business process, supervising trainer's output and developing effective employee training programs to provide value-add results to internal and external customers
5. Reviews and submits of various trainings specialists' reports such as but not limited to performance scores or ratings, trends analysis, or any other related ad-hoc reports to provide internal and external customers status visibility of supported process or accounts.
6. Reviews and prepares documents work instructions, workflows, and reference guides to be used as job aids for employees under ADEC healthcare solutions
7. Participates in the design and implement comprehensive training programs for AR specialists, billing teams, and other RCM staff. Develop onboarding and continuing education materials tailored to AR processes, payer guidelines, and denial management.
8. Identifies inaccuracies in databases and adheres to issue escalation for correction or mitigation to assure data integrity of scope output produced.
9. Assist in Quality Assurance activities such as evaluation of interactions against a defined set of criteria and developing a Quality Monitoring Form.
10. Utilizes the appropriate system required for the program to gather information and answer program specific questions relevant to scope of work that will ensure accurate information dispensed or provided to the team being supported.
11. Attends management and client calls to report key information and analyzed data that will provide decision makers information for business strategy
12. Assists in Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) through intensified 2- to 4-week training focused on enrolled trainees, reports a holistic evaluation and provide the appropriate recommendations to operations and human resource
13. Maintains confidentiality of all personal health information (PHI), policies, and procedures for compliance with the requirements set by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protocols.
14. Conducts regular performance coaching and reviews to team members. Establishes and implements a development plan that may include training and other development strategies in order to enable and reinforce the competencies required to perform well and achieve targets.
15. Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS),
Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
16. Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
17. Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
18. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Graduate of any college degree
Preferred (but not required) a graduate of BS Nursing (for clinical work)
Experience
2 to 3 years combined experience as Trainer and Training lead or its equivalent
Eligibility
(Training, License, Certification)
Preferred to have an active PRC RN license (if applicable)
Preferred to have RCM specific certifications such as:
Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP)
