Operations Management:

• Ensure that operations (e.g., production, inventory, and logistics) align with sales needs
• Manage resources (e.g., labor, materials) to meet sales demand efficiently
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Proactively monitors all of the clinic branches and ensures that all the branches are well organized in daily operations
• Coach, counsel, and discipline the operations team
• Plans, monitors, and appraises the job results of the staff
• Ensures that policies are implemented and followed and suggests new ones

Operations Planning:

• Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams
• Lead operation meetings to align sales forecasts with operational plans
• Work on balancing supply with demand to minimize shortages or surpluses

Financial and Performance Tracking:

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and address issues
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure that operational practices adhere to relevant regulations and standards

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience; a two (2) to three (3) years of experience working in an aesthetic clinic is preferred
• Analytical, good communicator (oral and written), decision-maker
• Good English Communication skills
