Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and uptime.
• Implement network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and VPN configurations.
• Manage and maintain IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Provide network support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams.
• Conduct regular network performance assessments and optimization.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Work closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Research and implement new networking technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support disaster recovery planning and network redundancy strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network administration, IT infrastructure, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security protocols.
• Experience with firewall configuration and VPN setup (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, pfSense
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Nagios, SolarWinds).
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent.
• Experience with VoIP systems, SD-WAN, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of scripting for network automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience in implementing Zero Trust security frameworks.
• Background in enterprise-level network management
