1. Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications

2. Coordinates and monitor project requirements as to manpower, materials, equipment and finance

3. Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for proper and timely accomplishment of the project

4. Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems and actions for the proper execution of construction

5. Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works to recommend and improve proper sequencing of works for the timely completion of the project

6. Coordinates with the project’s design engineers and / or consultants on the technical aspects of the constructive activities

7. Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments

8. Prepares the daily and weekly accomplishment report and reports them to the Project Manager

9. Can do quantity and cost estimate

10. Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations to ensure that all contract requirements are met based on the targets and policies

11. Can coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance

12. Technical Functions

Attend pre-bid conferences/Client Tech Inquiries

Support Sales during client meetings.

Conduct ocular Inspections

Prepare Estimations with Value Engineering

Prepare Gannt Chart/Project Timeline

Other Pre-Sales Activities

 13.And to perform other duties as required by the management or its representatives.

Knowledge of Project Management and use of project management software, estimating software and computer aided design software
