The Marketing Analyst I will support and work closely with Marketing Managers and with other key members of the organization to plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns; contribute to process improvement projects; and participate in marketing events and ad hoc duties to drive operational efficiencies and successful performance for the team.
Accountabilities:
Manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects from start to end.
Support in developing and brainstorming campaign ideas for customers and prospects.
Support the business unit on marketing plan, marketing calendar updates, lists and segmentation, and managing timelines and deliverables for campaigns, online events and in person events logistics.
Assist in the new product launch plans and roll outs to customers or prospects as applicable.
Support in the development of marketing, campaign performance and ad hoc reports.
Work with the team to clearly communicate plans of stakeholders, deliverables needed, timelines, and deadlines.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager in planning and implementation of continuous improvement/process improvement projects.
Proactively propose and execute process improvements projects for the business with minimal supervision.
Maintain and establish a win-win and good business partnership with stakeholders and PH team members.
Manage SalesPro email schedules and make sure to approve and proofread the copies.
Manage the Small Law Outlook Inbox and filter the emails based on their response. You are expected to discern which email response can be considered a lead versus those that are not.
Manage data for updates, duplicates, follow-up, fulfillment, and post campaign reporting.
Manage sales “Toolbox” fulfillment (Gift Cards and Brownie request)
Execute special projects/assignments and admin tasks on a needed basis.
Adhere to weekly and monthly due diligence tasks and house rules set by the Marketing Managers and Marketing Operations Supervisor.
Is a back-up partner when a team member is on leave.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
Ability to work with experienced team members under pressure and within an environment of constant change.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent time management, coordination and follow through skills.
Must be a team player and a quick learner.
Has a strong level of accountability and ownership; has an entrepreneurial mindset.
Organized, proactive, likes to read the latest marketing and advertising trends, diligent, and output driven.
Able to work with minimal supervision and can follow simple to complex instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Copywriting skill is a plus.
Monday.com and Pardot/Salesforce experiences are a plus.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule
Willing to follow US holidays
