Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for overseas markets (e.g., Latin America), including media-buying strategy development, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- Operate and manage advertising accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook (Meta), Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, DSPs, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee audience targeting, budget allocation, and daily campaign performance monitoring to ensure efficient spend and optimal results.
- Analyze key advertising performance metrics across channels, leverage multi-attribution tools, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve user acquisition efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
- Research advertising creatives within the financial and gaming sectors and develop related creative concepts and scripting.
- Conduct continuous monitoring and competitive analysis of global competitors’ advertising activities to inform optimization strategies and creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, product, and analytics, to align campaign execution with business objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Proven hands-on experience managing major global advertising platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and other channels for both mobile app and web-based campaigns.
- Strong understanding of creative strategies for gaming advertisements and the ability to work effectively with design teams to deliver high-performing creatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable optimization plans.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to independently prepare reports and present clear, strategic recommendations.
