Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Executive at ServiceBuro, you will manage and drive the marketing initiatives for the company. Your responsibilities will span three key pillars: Website, Social Media, and Email Marketing. You will be expected to audit, optimize, manage, and report on each pillar, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
PILLAR 1 - Website
- Audit:
- Conduct a comprehensive website UX and SEO audit.
- Perform keyword research and analyze competitors' keywords.
- Optimise:
- Optimize website content for SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, URLs, and technical aspects.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building from trusted domains (DA 30+).
- Perform necessary website updates and ensure all SEO-related issues are addressed (e.g., 301 redirects, 404 errors).
- Set Up:
- Set up Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics for tracking and conversion.
- Create landing pages for meta ads.
- Publish monthly blog posts (content provided).
- Copy:
- Create a subdomain as a copy of the HQ website once optimizations are complete.
- Deliverables:
- Provide a monthly report on keyword ranking, website health, traffic, DA, and heatmap.
- Present reports in a call to the team.
PILLAR 2 - Social Media
- Audit:
- Review and analyze current social media strategy, branding, and content.
- Evaluate social media trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Examine existing content and identify missing elements like videos and images.
- Management of Social Media Platforms:
- Instagram: Post every 2-3 days (Reels, trending themes/sounds). Engage with followers for 10-15 minutes after posting.
- TikTok: Post every 2-3 days using trending songs or themes. Engage with content post-upload.
- Facebook: Repost IG content and post still images. Work with the team on new strategies if needed.
- LinkedIn: Post a top EDM story weekly and engage with inspiring businesses.
- WhatsApp: Create visually appealing content for announcements, and share with the community bi-weekly.
- Set up Ads:
- Design and implement ad campaigns to target specific locations. Optimize ads based on performance.
- Deliverables:
- Provide a monthly social media planner.
- Submit a monthly report on social media performance (likes, engagements, and areas for improvement).
- Report on ads’ performance, including budget, cost per acquisition, and conversion rate.
PILLAR 3 - Emailing
- Weekly EDM:
- Create and schedule weekly EDMs every Monday at 12pm.
- Prepare the first draft on Wednesday morning and finalize by Friday lunchtime.
- Schedule and send emails as required, including notifying the instructor's WhatsApp group of the EDM.
- Sequences / Auto Emails:
- Audit: Review and analyze current email sequences and sales pipeline.
- Optimise: Improve or modify the auto-email strategy to enhance performance.
- Deliverables:
- Weekly updates and email drafts.
- Report on email campaign performance and suggest improvements
