• Assess loan applications and evaluate creditworthiness of clients.
• Provide financial guidance and support to individuals and small businesses.
• Conduct field visits and community outreach to promote microfinance services.
• Monitor loan repayment and manage loan portfolios.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare reports and documentation for loan approvals.
• Willing to work in the field.

Loan Officer Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Diploma degree in finance, business, or related field.

Experience Level:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail, financial literacy, excellent customer service, leadership abilities, assessment proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist clients in understanding loan products, assess financial needs, process loan applications, and maintain customer relationships.

Working Conditions:

• Field Work, Long Hours sometimes but it is up to the Loan Officer to budget time Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, proactive, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Has own motorcycle and valid driver's license
