Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.
Develop space planning solutions for mixed-use developments.
Assist in the design and documentation process, from conceptualization to implementation.
Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and technical reports.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
Travel to provincial sites as required to conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong interest in architectural design and space planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Must be open to traveling to provincial locations for site studies and project assessments.
