Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course, preferably Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Management
• 2–3 years of solid experience in Accounts Payable, handling either local or international clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary/Description

• Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, responsible for accomplishing data entry tasks in accordance with the client’s quality requirements and specifications

Responsibilities/Duties

• Accurately enter order information into the client’s system according to project requirements
• Review data for accuracy before moving to the next step to ensure high-quality results
• Follow standard procedures and work instructions to ensure smooth workflow
• Attend required training sessions to stay updated on job expectations
• Report any technical issues (e.g., system, machine, or network problems) to the supervisor for prompt resolution
• Comply with all company rules, policies, and standards on quality, security, safety, and environment
• Address any audit findings or corrective actions within the required timeframe
• Report any security concerns or weaknesses as they arise
