Recruitment & Selection

• Source applicants through various online channels.
• Recruit on job posting platforms and social media sites.
• Perform sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews
• Collaborate with the HRBP and HR team in staffing and selection.
• Consult with TA Specialist and HRBP to develop a recruitment plan.
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, to share with key stakeholders.

Education:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related course
