The HR Generalist - Recruitment and Off-boarding is responsible for managing the sourcing and interview, and the off boarding process of all employees in order to ensure smooth transition from candidate to employee. The position will also be the point of contact to ensure proper clearance of exiting employees.
Recruitment
Reviews manpower request against approved organization structure, position titles, salary range, headcount, and job scope.
Source applicants and utilize the most effective channels such as social media, job portals, job fairs, in order to reach potential candidates.
Schedule face to face or online interviews as necessary, based on immediate needs
Organize and participate in screening procedures such as resume search, examinations, interviews, and background check.
Communicate outcome of applicant screening process and facilitate job offers to successful applicants.
Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports, and process improvement if necessary.
Ensure all records are fully updated in the recruitment/HRIS data base.
Manage the probationary period performance evaluation process to ensure only those who meet the work standards are conferred regular employment status.
Point person of the OJT Program.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Off-boarding
Oversee the exit and clearance process by ensuring exiting employee complies with HR policies and procedures on the same.
Coordinates with different departments to facilitate clearance from their side.
Conduct exit interviews and prepares regular reports on findings and recommendations.
Follow-up release of final pay and ensure payout within labor laws and standard.
System Compliance
Comply with the company policies, and implement program standards.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course) in Psychology, Management, or any other related field.
2 years of experience in the recruitment function.
Proficient in computer applications.
Working knowledge of various social media channels and job portals.
Process-oriented, good attention to details, and strong sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work on-site
