ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide graphics for the company’s internal and external stakeholders
• Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typeface
• Incorporate changes recommended by your Manager and stakeholders into final designs
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in compliance with company branding/image
• Develop fresh and effective visual designs for use across multiple communication platforms
• Ensuring all your design work is completed to the highest standard. Striving for continuous improvement and excellence
• Understanding and implementing new methods to develop highly visible creative design solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Exceptional creativity, innovation and strong graphic design skill
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• An understanding of the latest trends and best practices in relation to their role
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Ability to work independently (while also functioning and contributing as part of a team) and efficiently managing your own time
• Tech-savvy and can easily adapt to various graphic design and vector editing software such as Adobe, Creative Suite and productivity suites like Microsoft Office, G Suite, Asana, and various platforms
• Must have excellent communication and be able to collaborate effectively with externals and internals stakeholders
• Preferably with experience in a startup work environment
